IM BACK!!!

Hello everyone!! It’s been a while (as usual) since my last post, and after some angry mails about me sucking at posting new stuff I decided its time for me to change that.
I spent the last month on tour playing bass with my friend LOS KUNG FU MONKEYS so I didn’t have much time to be around a computer, still I have a bunch of new stuff to post cause I know most of you are more interested in seeing new drawings rather than read my stupidity, so don’t worry I’m working on it, Ill be posting a new gallery of tattoos on my website and the first comics around the first week of November, I know I always say the same thing but this time I have images to prove I’m saying the truth.
¡Hola a todos! Ha pasado bastante tiempo desde la última vez que escribí algo, pero después de algunos mails diciéndome que tan malo soy para subir cosas nuevas con frecuencia he decidido cambiar eso.
Pase el ultimo mes de gira tocando el bajo con mis amigos LOS KUNG FU MONKEYS así que no tuve mucho tiempo de estar cerca de una computadora, aun así tengo un montón de trabajos nuevos para mostrar pues yo se que la mayoría de ustedes esta mas interesado en ver dibujos nuevos en lugar de leer mis idioteces, así que no se preocupen ya estoy trabajando en ello. Para los primeros días de Noviembre estaré subiendo una nueva galería de en mi sitio así como los primeros comics en mi sitio. Ya se que siempre digo lo mismo, pero esta vez tengo fotos para demostrar que digo la verdad.

Hey everyone! It’s been a while since my last post, but after having an awesome summer break in Pittsburgh, PA, and suffering of a computer stroke now I’m going on tour around Mexico playing bass with my friends Los Kung Fu Monkeys, this will take all month. So for all the people who have been asking I'll be able for tattooing in California starting October, please write me a mail or something so I can book everything. For all my clients, be patient, you’ll have everything finished by the time I told you, and if you’re a future client please contact me, just keep in mind Ill be able to start working till October.
Hola todos! Después de unas vacaciones en Pittsburgh, PA y sufrir de un infarto a mi computadora estoy listo ara salir de gira por México con mis amigos Los Kung Fu Monkeys, donde estaré tocando el bajo, esto me tomara prácticamente todo el mes. Para la gente que me ha preguntado si los podré tatuar durante la gira la respuesta es NO, desgraciadamente tendremos que pasar por un sin fin de retenes militares donde me expongo a que me roben mi equipo los soldados, por eso no lo haré, pero si están interesados estaré tatuando en el DF a partir de Noviembre (10-15), así que por favor los interesados manden un comment mail o lo que sea para empezar a agendar sus citas. Para los clientes con los que tengo trabajos pendientes, no se preocupen, todo estará según lo planeado, y para clientes interesados por favor contáctenme cuando quieran, solo tengan en cuenta que yo no podré reanudar labores hasta la primera semana de Octubre.

FINALLY!!, My new website will be ready for July 24th. Right now I'm going crazy getting my stuff ready for Comic Con, so it won’t be ALL finished but still it will have a bunch of stuff to watch. So if you have a few minutes please stop by.

POR FIN!! Mi nuevo website estará listo este 24 de Julio. Por el momento estoy MUY ocupado con todo el trabajo que preparo para la Comic Con, así que no estará totalmente terminado, pero de todos modos tendrá bastantes cosas para ver.

BIENVENIDOS A CAFEINA-RIOT RADIO!!!

HEY!!! So this is one of the latest cd artworks I’ve been working on. It’s the first release of the label CAFEINA_RIOT RADIO from Tijuana and it’s a really cool comp, featuring cool bands from Mexico, Canada and the States. The cd will be out on July 24th and there will be 3 release shows in July:25- Tijuana(BC,MX), 26-Hollywood(CA,US) and 31-Tecate(BC,MX).

Its really hard to release a cd these days, so go to a show if you can and support the underground scene.

HEY!!! Bueno este es uno de los últimos diseños en los que he estado trabajando. Es la primera producción del sello CAFEINA-RIOT RADIO de Tijuana, es una compilación de muy buenas bandas de México, Canadá y Estados Unidos. El cd estará a la venta a partir del 24 de Julio, y habrá tres shows de presentación durante ese mes:25- Tijuana(BC,MX), 26-Hollywood(CA,US) y 31-Tecate(BC,MX).
Es muy difícil poder sacar una producción en estos días, así que si puedes ve a los shows y apoya la escena underground.

Gig Posters: The Art of Contemporary Music Promotion!

Hey everyone, I just participated in the exhibition Gig Posters: The Art of Contemporary Music Promotion at the Kentucky Museum of Art and Craft (Louisville, KY) from March 6 to May 16 (I know, I know its already over). Anyway, this is my first exhibition outside Mexico since I finished college, and it was SO great to be able to be in the same gallery with big names in this business. There might be some posters left for sale (I’m not sure), but check out in the museum web store.
Also it seems that I'll be having another exhibition in Los Angeles, CA this summer. It will be a music related thing, as soon as I know more details I let you know.

Hola a todos, acabo de participar en la exposición Gig Posters: The Art of Contemporary Music Promotion en el Kentucky Museum of Art and Craft (Louisville, KY) del 6 de Marzo al 16 de Mayo (ya se, ya se que ya es muy tarde). Esta es mi primera exposición fuera de México desde que termine la universidad, y fue increíble poder haber estado en la misma galería junto a grandes nombres en este negocio. Aun debe de haber algunos posters en venta (no estoy seguro), pero chequen en la tienda en línea. También parece ser que este verano participare en otra exposición en Los Angeles, CA. Sera algo relacionado con la música pero daré mas detalles al respecto cuando todo este confirmado.

NEW GIG POSTER!!!

So here's a new gig poster I made for the release show of THE KRANEOS's new album DEAD OR ALIVE (which I also designed) in EL FORO ALICIA (Mexico City). I really wanted to make a poster for a psycho-rockabilly show, I'm glad I made it!
Aquí hay un nuevo poster, este lo hice para la presentación del nuevo cd de THE KRANEOS: DEAD OR ALIVE (el cual también diseñe yo) en el FORO ALICIA (México D.F.). De verdad tenia muchas ganas de hacer un poster para un show de psycho o rockabilly. ¡Me dio mucho gusto hacerlo!
