Hello everyone! As I promised I reopened and updated the galleries in my website, so please come check out my website. I must say I'm not a big fan of flash galleries but so far is the best way I can protect my work from being stolen.

¡Que onda! Como lo había prometido acabo de re abrir y actualizar las galerías de mi pagina, así que por favor pasen a checar mi website. Debo de confesar que no soy un gran fan de las galerías en flash pero hasta ahora es la mejor opción para proteger mi trabajo de seguir siendo robado.

This is going to be a GREAT year!! Hopefully I'll be visiting a bunch of places, working in a bunch of amazing projects and doing the same old stuff which I love: drawing, painting and tattooing .

STEAL, STOLE, STOLEN...again!

So it happened again, same old story, someone thought it was a cool idea to grab my stuff and use it in a misspelled really shitty design for a really shitty show, this isn't the first time it happens so you all know what i think about this, anyway you can read more here: GALLERY. the first stolen image is from a poster I made for EVOEKORE MEDIA @ UVLA, and the second image is a tshirt design I made for WISECRACKER. Sorry about the galleries! Una vez mas ha ocurrido, la misma historia de las veces anteriores, alguien pensó que era una buena idea agarrar mi trabajo para usarlo en un diseño horrible con faltas de ortografía para un show terrible, no es la primera vez que pasa, y todos saben lo que pienso al respecto, pero si quieren saber mas al respecto léanlo aquí: GALLERY. Este viernes 26 de Noviembre estaré de vuelta en Mérida para presentar mi nuevo libro "9220".
Esto sera en la UMSA en el Auditorio Jorge Sauma de la UMSA, Plantel Reforma: Calle 72 Num 536 x 47 Reforma, Mérida, Yucatán, México.
Este evento esta abierto a todo el público y es gratuito. Obviamente estaré vendiendo el libro y los sets de stickers. Nos vemos por allá!

NEW BOOK & STICKERS!!!!

Después de un año muy ocupado estaré terminando el 2010 en México. Voy a estar viajando al sur y centro del país estos últimos meses tatuando y presentando mi nuevo libro "9220". "9220" is a compilation of many "never seen before" works I've made during my trips, its 100 pages both color and black and white and its a limited edition of only 300 copies. I will be selling it during the presentations, and hopefully by the end of the year it will be available for world wide shipping.
"9220" es una compilación de trabajos ineditos hechos durante mis viajes, tiene 100 paginas en color y blanco y negro y es una edición limitada a 300 copias. Por el momento estará a la venta durante mis conferencias, o manden un mail y arreglamos el pago y el envió en México. Espero que el envió internacional este listo para finales del 2010!
Also, along the book I'm releasing a new set of vinyl stickers "OLD SALT 1", I'm selling it as a pack (of 10 assorted stickers) or individually, and they are available in gray and pink.
También, junto con el libro, estoy sacando una serie de estampas en vinil. La serie se llama "OLD SALT 1", y las encontraran en paquetes (cada uno contiene 10 estampas diferentes) o bien individuales, disponibles en gris y en rosa.
And finally i gave a small conference during "EPITAFIOS" a communication symposium organized by TECNOLOGICO DE MONTERREY, campus Toluca. Also this week is DIA DE MUERTOS (Day of the dead) which is really cool and I really enjoy it, and Toluca has a small fair celebrating this LA FERIA DEL ALFEÑIQUE, you might have seen retarded Hollywood versions of what Americans think the day of the dead is, well it has nothing to do to whatever you've seen on a movie, the real thing is really familiar and it has a lot to do with food which is both amazing and delicious!
Por ultimo les platicare que di una pequeña conferencia durante el Simposio de Comunicación "EPITAFIOS" organizado por los alumnos de la licenciatura en comunicación del TECNOLÓGICO DE MONTERREY, Campus Toluca. Muchísimas gracias por la invitación!!. También, como todos sabemos esta semana es el DÍA DE MUERTOS y me da mucho gusto haberlo pasado en Toluca donde festejan LA FERIA DEL ALFEÑIQUE, una feria que, personalmente, creo que es algo de lo mejor que esta ciudad puede ofrecer!
